1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

· 5.1. The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for damages incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of plant resources, in accordance with the exception of Ukraine.

· 5.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if confidential information is found:

· 5.2.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure.

· 5.2.2. Was received from the far side until received by the Site Administration.

· 5.2.3. Was disclosed to the User.

6. DISPUTES RESOLUTION

· 6.1. Going to court with a claim on disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Site Administration, in exceptional cases, includes an appeal (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).

· 6.2. The recipient of the approval within 30 calendar days from the date of adoption, the chairman accepts a proposal for a decision.

· 6.3. In case of inadmissibility

the announcement of the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

· 6.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS

· 7.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

· 7.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website of the online store, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy
